Profile Charmaine is a savvy communicator with extensive board, corporate and consulting experience in PR, stakeholder relations and marketing spanning over 25 years, including over 10 years at the Sun International Group and 10 years the Airports Company of South Africa where as Group Executive of Communications and Brand Management she led the transformation of the pre-1994 era Airports Company to ACSA, now acknowledged as a world class organization. During her ACSA tenure, she was a member of several industry boards, including as a non-executive director of the Civil Aviation Authority.

As a senior member of the executive leadership, Charmaine has led the communications strategy, Public Relations and stakeholder engagement and events at Brand Leadership, helping clients align their internal and external brands, and manage strategic relationships with their stakeholders.
Experience Over the years, Charmaine played a critical role in leading strategic communications for, among others, re-launch of SARCC to PRASA, the launch of Mail & Guardian Africa, Amalgamated Beverages Industries (ABI) and Roads Accident Fund (RAF).
